FAQ:

Q:  Do we have to attend all the meets?
A:   No.  However, swimmers who participate in at least 3 meets will receive a participation award at the end of the season banquet.  Swimmers wishing to compete at the Championship meet must participate in at least 50% of the meets.  Meets are credited a number of points based on the number of teams swimming at the particular meet.

  • 2 teams (us vs 1 team) = 1 point

  • 3 teams (us vs 2 teams aka Tri-Meet) = 2 points

  • 4 teams (us vs 3 teams aka Quad-Meet) = 3 points

Q:  What if I have a question for the coaching staff?
A:
Parents should write down their question on the Parent/Coach Communication form in the Eels binder (located in the Eels crate, on the pool deck at the ARC during all practices.)  Coaches will be happy to contact you with an answer or schedule a meeting with the parent and swimmer after practice.  Do not approach coaches directly at a meet or during practices.

Q:   What if I have a other questions?
A:  If you have other questions or concerns please speak with a board member.  We do everything we can to resolve any questions or concerns as quickly as possible.
